Eric founded Nexview Consulting in 2009 to specialize in Sales & Operations Planning and supply chain improvement after coming up in the industry with other consulting firms. With 25+ years of experience, Eric specializes in the design and implementation of complex, multi-BU/geography, often layered, S&OP design, and large-scale change implementation for global corporations. He is also very experienced with the needs of mid-market client environments that have limited resources to improve the building blocks that enable maturity and scale. Eric is recognized globally as a thought leader in the field, and one of the most experienced S&OP consultants around.
