Custom Agendas
Most of our training engagements support improvement efforts and we usually work with an executive sponsor and project manager to match the agenda and participants with overall objectives. We often build agendas that involve engagement across management teams, rapid assessments, and initial workshops. Agendas can range from 1 day to a few weeks if we build in an assessment. We can be all on-site, over video conference, or a combination. We serve clients globally.
Cross-Functional Participation
As S&OP is a cross-functional process, so too are the best training seminars. We work with you to determine the participants that best fit your org structure and objectives. Our fixed-fee model avoids clients having to prioritize participants. We also sometimes also build in abbreviated sessions just for the management team to make the best use of their limited time.

Demand Planning Training
In-depth or Summary Level
We offer a specialized course in Demand Planning that includes the characteristics described above for S&OP, but focuses on the subject of Demand Planning. The course can be tailored for Demand Planners, those looking to build a Demand Management function, or situations that need to raise the emphasis on Demand Planning in the organization. We often also build agendas with clients that include both Demand Planning and S&OP topics.
