While we have defined methodologies, we also realize that clients have differing needs and there are many ways to achieve a desired outcome, possibly with varying degrees of consultant involvement.  We continue to receive feedback that this is appreciated and we believe this attitude and flexibility is a differentiating point.  While approaches can be differient, all the ways in which we help clients have common emphasis points.

Coaching

Sometimes clients have leaders and resources in place to implement improvements and do not need or want consultants on the ground on a regular basis.  They may just want occasional coaching on items such as:

  • Best practices
  • Approaches and project structures
  • Designs
  • Organizational, planning process, and executive integration
  • IT requirements
  • Tracking results
  • Change management

We’ve been through this many times, we know what’s coming, (e.g. typical change management and IT hurdles), and we can help leaders get through these items faster.  Our coaching programs can also include supplying you with tools, templates, project plans, best practices, maturity systems, and more. We’ll help you with things like the bullet points mentioned above.  We can work with your project lead(s), team members, and/or other stakeholders as you desire.

We have some suggested coaching programs you can pick from, or we can tailor one to meet your needs.  We’ll schedule specific sessions and will be reachable quickly when you need us.  We also don’t want the meter running every time you’d like to pick up the phone or send an email.  We design our coaching programs with the intent of making them flexible and easy from a billing perspective.

We also suggest occasional face-to-face meetings/reviews, but we can also complete this through our Virtual Consultant service too.

 

Training

Some projects just need some initial alignment setting to get them going and our training programs may be just the thing to generate that alignment and momentum.  Nexview has developed and mature training material that not only cover the subject matter material, but also include our consulting and change management methodologies/tools that we have used with major corporations all over the world.  An initial training effort could be customized to your need and if desired, combined with occasional follow-up coaching.
