Change Implementation

Implementing ChangeWe believe that people come to work each day with the intent of doing the best that they can, but sometimes the lack of process, tools, communication, alignment, and often times the right behaviors, prevent the optimal outcome.  Our change management methodology is to infuse a combination of planned formal, tool and workshop-based methods, with less formal ad-hoc coaching methods.  Methods are designed to define and distribute accountability for the parts, clarify roles & responsibilities, obtain ownership, and ensure sustainability.  The specific methods are planned and matched with your need and the appropriate point in the change program (e.g. assessment, design, implementation).  We also find that a combination of tools and methods is typically required as different people respond to different methods.  A sampling of our methods is shown in the graphic below.

Different techniques applied at various points are required to navigate the many possible inputs and directions.
